The ony reason for the high ranks straight away is because we were the founding members from now on evry pilot will start from Recruit (unless decided otherwise)and automatically be boosted to Airman after 1 month of membership. Every month(Or when the Officers see it fit) a member will be boosted up a level or two(The highest rank attainable will be General)
